Delivery
UK mainland
delivery costs are included in the onscreen price unless clearly stated
otherwise (e.g. overseas). All products
are delivered to you free, the price you see is the price you pay, we don’t
have hidden Charges.
Products are
usually despatched within 24 hours and delivered by either national courier
services or Royal Mail, depending on the type and size and number of craft
ordered. A signature is usually required
on delivery. We will advise you if a
product is to be delayed for any reason.
Please bear in mind that these are estimates,
and services aren’t always as reliable
as we’d like them to be! At times of public holidays, e.g Christmas, delivery
may take a little longer
Packaging: Careful waste management is very important to our company and we’re looking to use as much eco packaging as possible. We recycle boxes and padded envelopes where possible. We want you to be happy with the standard of packaging used and welcome any feedback.Returns
